When Can I Check In & Check Out?
Check-in begins at 3:00 PM, and check-out is at 12:00 PM. Early check-in and late check-out may be available upon request, subject to availability.
How Can I Pay for My Stay?
Payments can be made securely through Airbnb or Booking.com, or via bank transfer and instant transfer for bookings made directly with Nuzul.
Cancellation & Refunds
Reservations are confirmed upon successful payment. Guests receive a 100% refund for cancellations made more than 21 days before check-in, a 50% refund for cancellations made 14–21 days before check-in, and no refund for cancellations made less than 14 days before check-in.
